Which tracking intervals do you provide?
You can choose between daily, weekly, or monthly tracking. The number of prompts and answers you can monitor is based on a flexible credit system where one response per model equals one credit. Tracking less frequently means your credits last longer or allow you to cover more prompts.
How do the credit types differ by feature (Visibility Prompt, Page Index, Warm-up)?
The credit types are used for different features. As the features consume a different amount of AI Model tokens, the pricing reflects that. The aim is to have a fair and transparent pricing model, where you can decide what you use.
Why is it important to optimize for different AI models individually?
Each AI model (like GPT-5, Google Gemini, Perplexity Claude, or Mistral) is trained on different datasets and responds to content in its own way. What works for one model may not influence another. That’s why ALLMO delivers model-specific recommendations—so you can tailor your strategy to the strengths, behaviors, and content preferences of each system. Is there a free forever plan?
Currently not. Each report costs money in form of API costs that need to be provied to the AI model provider.
I only have the starter plan, will I get sufficient support?
Yes. As an early-stage startup we are dedicated to making all our customers very happy.
Do I have to pay extra for Live Websearch AI Models?
No! Unlike other competitors, we don't charge you extra for specific AI Models or websearch capabilities.
What if I have consumed all tokens?
You can always buy more credits, individually. The pricing model is intended, so that you can flexible pick if you need more credits of a specific type.
Do credits expire?
Yes, credits expire at the end of the next monthly billing period. This means you have up to 2 months to consume your tokens.
