I made my first-ever podcast appearance, on Agenda 2036, talking about GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), building early-stage startups and whats next for AI.

Here’s the short version of what we covered:

Philipp Jonetzko invited me onto Agenda 2036 to explain how GEO works and how to get visible in AI answers, even without a large marketing team. In his LinkedIn post about the episode, he admitted he couldn’t remember the last time he’d actually Googled something. That realization unnerved him. And it’s exactly why this conversation matters.

The core of what I walked through on Agenda 2036: a three-step framework anyone can use to get started with GEO.

  • Prompt Research: work out what your customers are actually typing into ChatGPT and Gemini before they ever get to you.
  • Prompt Monitoring: check, regularly, whether your brand shows up in those answers, and how it’s described.
  • Optimization: act on what you found, content, structure, presence, whatever needs fixing.

I go deeper on each step in the episode itself.

We also got into how I built ALLMO entirely solo (with AI itself doing most of the heavy lifting) and why I jumped into self-employment before the business model was proven. That decision’s worth hearing straight from the episode rather than compressed into a paragraph here.

The episode closes with Philipp’s recurring “10 questions for 2036” segment, including his standard closer: what do you do today that people will laugh at you for in 2036? My answer’s in there. Not spoiling it here.

The Agenda 2036 episode is live now on Spotify and YouTube. If GEO is new to you, or you just want to hear two people talk shop about why Google search is struggling, it’s worth a listen.
